Do you have a storefront I can visit?

We are based out of our studio on the sunny Gold Coast, QLD Australia. We are appointment only — we create your beautiful gowns right here when we are not with our brides in appointments, so our time allocation is very important. When you visit our studio for an appointment, you meet directly with our head designer, Taya Jones, who creates all our gowns personally — not with a retail assistant. This way you can discuss your vision directly with the person bringing it to life.

Where is the studio located?

Our head studio is in Nerang, Gold Coast, Australia. The exact address is provided when you book your appointment.

How do I book an appointment?

Do you travel for appointments?

Yes — we host appointment weekends in Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide once a year. These are limited events, so we recommend registering your interest early.

What if I can't make it to the studio in person?

We can send you a measurement guide, or you can have your measurements taken professionally and send them through to us. Many of our gowns are created remotely this way, and we work closely with you throughout the process to ensure a perfect fit.

How long does a custom gown take?

Each gown is made to measure and handcrafted personally by our head designer. Timelines vary depending on complexity and our current schedule — we'll discuss this in detail during your consultation.
